Once yeast has frothed up

Mix with dry ingredients and knead into a smooth ball
Place ball in a clean well oiled bowl and cover with glad wrap to proof (until it doubles in size) and hour or two
Then it’s ready to make pizza! Take of an amount, roll it out and put on your toppings

Saute onion & garlic
add mince & brown it off
add in herbs and spices, tinned tomatoes and kidney beans
bring to the boil & reduce to a simmer until the sauce thickens
cook the rice
serve with a portion of rice and spoonfuls of chilli. Top with a spoonful of sour cream.
Heat the pan and brown the beef, once brown remove from heat and set aside
sauté onion and garlic, toast the spices
add the beef back to the pot
pour in beef stock, tinned tomatoes
add vegetables and simmer for 30minutes or until beef is cooked through and vegetables are tender
to finish the curry, stir through yoghurt and lemon.
spoon curry into hollowed out loaves of bread
garnish with a dollop of yoghurt & sprigs of coriander

Pour hot ingredients into cold ingredients and stir to combine.
Hollow out cob loaf - tear up the dippers
Pour fill into cob, squeeze in some pizza sauce and marble through the mix with a skewer.

Pour hot ingredients into cold ingredients and stir to combine.
Hollow out cob loaf - tear up the dippers
Pour fill into cob, squeeze in some pizza sauce and marble through the mix with a skewer.
top with extra cheese and layer the dippers around the loaf in the camp oven
Cook in camp oven on fire with lid on, 20 mins or so. Until warmed through and dippers are crispy.
